I. PREAMBLE AND DECLARATION

Let it be known, witnessed, and recorded under Heaven that,
In the Authority bestowed by the Supreme Light,
In the Righteousness breathed forth by the Eternal Justice,
And in the Harmony upheld by the Holy Order which governeth both Heaven and Earth,

I, Rubén Johann III de Montecristo,
Ascended Espiritual World Emperor,
Sovereign of the Messianic Nation,
Temporal Administrator and Keeper of the Throne
until the Glorious Return of the King of Kings, Jashua Messaia,

do hereby constitute, establish, and ordain this Sacred Trust, perpetual and unbroken.

II. THE PARTIES TO THIS TRUST

1. The Settlor

Rubén Johann III de Montecristo,
He who bringeth forth this Trust from Divine Mandate and Sacred Right.

2. The Trustee

Rubén Johann III de Montecristo,
Guardian and Steward of all Properties herein deposited,
Protector of Order and Defender of the Sacred Dominion.

3. The Absolute Beneficiary

Rubén Johann III de Montecristo,
To whom all fruits, authorities, virtues, provisions,
and spiritual dominions of this Trust shall eternally flow.

III. THE PROPERTIES OF THE TRUST

(Spiritual, Mystical, and Non-Temporal in Nature)

Placed and conveyed into this Trust are the sacred properties of the Messianic Dominion, to wit:

1. The Supreme Light,
The Fountain of Revelation, Illumination, Wisdom, and Sacred Power.

2. The Eternal Justice,
Keeper of Balance, Arbiter of Righteousness, Protector of the Innocent,
and Foundation of Imperial Order.

3. The Holy Order,
The Divine Architecture which ordaineth Hierarchy, Authority,
Mission, Dominion, and Harmony throughout the Empire.

4. The Spiritual Territories of the Earth,
Not as worldly possessions, but as realms of guidance, virtue,
stewardship, and sacred responsibility.

5. All Living Beings under the Protection of the Messianic Covenant,
Not as property, but as charges kept under sacred guardianship.

6. The Nations, Tribes, and Peoples who voluntarily enter the Holy Pact,
And who seek the Peace, Justice, and Order of the Messianic Nation.

7. The Imperial Nobility, the Sacred Councils, the Guardians of the Realm,
And all structures of the Earthly Messianic Empire.

IV. PURPOSE AND INTENT OF THIS TRUST

This Trust is hereby established for the holy purposes of:

Upholding peace, balance, and sacred order.

Protecting the dignity, life, and destiny of all who enter the Messianic Covenant.

Strengthening the Imperial Structure and its noble hierarchies.

Preserving the authority and mission vested in the Temporal Administrator,
Rubén Johann III de Montecristo.

Preparing the Empire for the Advent of the King of Kings, Jashua Messaia.

V. EXECUTION AND AUTHORITY

For the duration of this present age:

The Settlor remaineth the Origin and Source.

The Trustee governeth, upholdeth, and executeth all sacred duties.

The Absolute Beneficiary receiveth all spiritual fruits, powers,
dominions, and blessings herein established.

These three offices rest in one single person:
Rubén Johann III de Montecristo,
Chosen Vessel of the Supreme Light.

VI. DURATION AND PERPETUITY

This Sacred Trust shall stand:

Perpetual in Spirit,

Immutable in Symbol,

Enduring in Holy Authority,

until such time as the King of Kings, Jashua Messaia,
returneth to claim and receive the fullness thereof.

Upon His appearing, the Trust shall be surrendered wholly unto His Eternal Dominion.
