En la Ciudad de Mexico, Estado de Mexico, República de Mexico, a los 08 días del mes de Junio del año 2023, comparecen los representantes de la Sinagoga Nación Mesiánica, quienes declaran bajo fe de juramento y con plena autoridad eclesiástica y fiduciaria lo siguiente:

POLÍTICA INSTITUCIONAL Y FUNDAMENTO LEGAL

Estimados miembros, candidatos, visitantes y entidades gubernamentales:

Nuestra Organización de Fe y Jurisdicción Eclesiástica se establece y gobierna conforme a los principios bíblicos y mesiánicos, la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, la Constitución Orgánica de la República de los Estados Unidos de América, la Ley de Fideicomisos y Equidad (Trust Law of Equity), las leyes canónicas y eclesiásticas, los principios y protecciones del UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) y del non-UCC, así como la Carta de las Naciones Unidas y la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos.

Nuestra Sinagoga Nación Mesiánica reconoce su carácter de jurisdicción soberana eclesiástica, amparada en el derecho natural, el derecho divino, el derecho internacional, y la custodia fiduciaria de todos los bienes espirituales y contractuales bajo Trust Law.

I. Libertad de Práctica de Religión y Marco Jurídico Internacional

La libertad de practicar religión es un derecho fundamental garantizado por:

• Artículo 24 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.

• Primera Enmienda de la Constitución de los Estados Unidos de América.

• Artículo 18 de la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos de la ONU, que establece: "Toda persona tiene derecho a la libertad de pensamiento, de conciencia y de religión".

En virtud de estas garantías, nuestra organización rechaza toda intromisión que interfiera con el libre ejercicio de nuestra fe y prácticas litúrgicas, incluyendo aquellas basadas en regulaciones comerciales ajenas a nuestra jurisdicción eclesiástica.

II. Principios Bíblicos y Mesiánicos

Fundamos nuestra vida comunitaria en la Torá, los Profetas y el Testimonio del Mashíaj:

• “Síganme, y yo los haré pescadores de hombres” (Mateo 4:19).

• “Sigue la justicia, la piedad, la fe, el amor, la perseverancia, la amabilidad” (1 Timoteo 6:11).

• “Ama a tu prójimo como a ti mismo” (Mateo 22:39).

Buscamos vivir con integridad, santidad y amor fraternal, edificando una comunidad sólida y unida, fiel a su misión espiritual y social.

III. Derecho Eclesiástico y Fiduciario

Nuestra comunidad está organizada y constituida como Entidad Eclesiástica de Derecho Privado bajo Trust Law, reconociendo:

• La distinción entre UCC (Código Comercial Uniforme) y non-UCC (notificaciones privadas de carácter extrajurisdiccional).

• La capacidad fiduciaria de administrar bienes, derechos y obligaciones bajo Ley de Equidad y Confianza, resguardando todo patrimonio espiritual y material.

• La protección que brindan las leyes canónicas y eclesiásticas sobre la integridad de la misión y de los ministros.

IV. Derechos Humanos y No Discriminación
Reafirmamos nuestro compromiso de respetar la dignidad y derechos de todas las personas, sin distinción de religión, etnia, nacionalidad, género u orientación, condenando toda forma de discriminación y promoviendo la justicia y la equidad conforme a la ley divina y civil.

V. Declaración Final
Invitamos a todos los que nos visitan a sentirse bienvenidos bajo nuestra cobertura espiritual. Nuestra misión es servir a Elohim y a Su pueblo, operando bajo la autoridad de la Palabra y la ley justa, reconociendo que toda autoridad es establecida por Dios (Romanos 13:1) y que nuestra lealtad primaria es al Reino del Altísimo.

INSTITUTIONAL POLICY AND LEGAL FOUNDATION

Dear members, candidates, visitors, and governmental entities:

​

Our Faith-Based and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Organization is established and governed in accordance with Biblical and Messianic principles, the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, the Organic Constitution of the United States of America, the Trust Law of Equity, Canonical and Ecclesiastical Law, the provisions and protections of the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) and non-UCC, as well as the Charter of the United Nations and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The Messianic Nation Synagogue recognizes itself as a sovereign ecclesiastical jurisdiction, protected under natural law, divine law, international law, and the fiduciary stewardship of all spiritual and contractual assets under Trust Law.

I. Freedom of Religion and International Legal Framework
The freedom to practice religion is a fundamental right guaranteed by:

• Article 24 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

• First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.

• Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (United Nations), which states: “Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion.”

In virtue of these guarantees, our organization rejects any intrusion that interferes with the free exercise of our faith and liturgical practices, including those based on commercial regulations foreign to our ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

II. Biblical and Messianic Principles
We base our community life on the Torah, the Prophets, and the Testimony of the Messiah:

• “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19).

• “Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance, and gentleness” (1 Timothy 6:11).

• “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Matthew 22:39).

We strive to live with integrity, holiness, and brotherly love, building a strong and united community faithful to its spiritual and social mission.

III. Ecclesiastical and Trust Law
Our community is organized and constituted as a Private Ecclesiastical Entity under Trust Law, acknowledging:

• The distinction between UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) and non-UCC (private notices of extrajurisdictional character).

• The fiduciary capacity to manage assets, rights, and obligations under the Law of Equity and Trust, safeguarding all spiritual and material patrimony.

• The protection afforded by canonical and ecclesiastical laws regarding the integrity of the mission and the ministers.

IV. Human Rights and Non-Discrimination
We reaffirm our commitment to respect the dignity and rights of all individuals, regardless of religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, or orientation, condemning all forms of discrimination and promoting justice and equity in accordance with divine and civil law.

V. Final Declaration
We invite all who visit us to feel welcomed under our spiritual covering. Our mission is to serve Elohim and His people, operating under the authority of the Word and just law, recognizing that all authority is established by God (Romans 13:1) and that our primary allegiance is to the Kingdom of the Most High.
