AMENDMENT AND CLARIFICATION

To the Bylaws of the Court of Records of the Kingdom of the Messianic Nation

Under Private Trust and Ecclesiastical Equity

Effective Date: 12/30/2025

I. Purpose of This Amendment

This Amendment is issued to clarify, limit, and harmonize the Bylaws of the Court of Records with the Internal Manual of the Private Ecclesiastical Court, ensuring consistency with private law, voluntary consent, and equity.

II. Nature of Authority (Clarified)

Notwithstanding any spiritual or symbolic language contained in the Bylaws:

1. The Court of Records is private, ecclesiastical, and contractual in nature.

2. It does not constitute a public court, sovereign tribunal, or governmental institution.

3. It exercises no public power, coercive authority, or territorial jurisdiction.

III. Jurisdiction (Limited)

The Court’s jurisdiction exists only where:

• All parties are members of the Trust or

• Have provided explicit, written, informed, and voluntary consent

The Court has no jurisdiction over:

• Non-members

• Criminal matters

• Public law matters

• Third parties without consent

• Sovereign or territorial claims

IV. Role of the Founder / King / Trustee (Clarified)

Any reference to supreme, final, royal, or sovereign authority shall be understood as:

​

• Spiritual leadership

• Trustee authority

• Internal ecclesiastical stewardship

Such authority does not override:

• Voluntary consent

• The right of withdrawal

• Applicable civil law outside the private forum

V. Governing Documents (Order of Authority)

In the event of interpretation or application:

1. The Trust Instrument

2. The Internal Manual of the Private Ecclesiastical Court

3. Private Membership and Consent Agreements

4. The Bylaws (spiritual and declaratory)}

VI. Non-Interference Clause

Nothing in these Bylaws or this Court shall be construed as:

• Obstructing public courts

• Replacing civil or criminal jurisdictions

• Claiming immunity from applicable law

VII. Confirmation

All provisions of the Bylaws not inconsistent with this Amendment remain in force as symbolic and spiritual declarations only.

ARTICLE X – SPIRITUAL AUTONOMY, CUSTOMARY LAW & FUNCTIONAL SEPARATION FROM THE STATE

This Trust is hereby constituted as a private, spiritual, religious, and confederal entity, governed internally by principles of freedom of religion, freedom of conscience, voluntary association, and autonomy under customs and traditions (uses and customs).

This Trust:

a) Is governed exclusively in its internal affairs by its own spiritual, administrative, and communal norms.
b) Recognizes a functional separation from the State, without confrontation, rebellion, or political interference.
c) Does not exercise public or governmental authority.
d) Operates solely by free, informed, and voluntary consent of its members and affiliated communities.

ARTICLE X.1 – CONFEDERAL NATURE

The Messianic Nation Trust functions as a confederal spiritual framework, allowing the voluntary affiliation of:

• Synagogues

• Christian churches or denominations

• Messianic congregations

• Faith-based communities

Each affiliated body:

• Retains its own doctrine, identity, and leadership

• Maintains ownership or custody of its property

• Operates under its own internal customs

• Accepts the common confederal framework of the Trust

ARTICLE X.2 – PRINCIPAL SEAT (HEADQUARTERS)

The Messianic Nation may establish its Principal Headquarters in Mexico City, in a building that may be:

• Historical

• Government-owned (by lawful authorization)

• Private

• Family-owned

• Institutional or religious

Such property may be granted through:

• Loan for use (Commodatum / Comodato)

• Usufruct agreement

• Private trust or fiduciary structure

• Long-term use agreement (up to 99 years)

The property shall serve as:

• Main Synagogue

• Central spiritual and administrative headquarters

• Residence, lodging, rest, and community stay

• Center for worship, study, archives, and ceremonies

ARTICLE X.3 – ADMINISTRATION

The general administration and representation of this Trust is vested in:

ARTICLE I – NATURE

The Messianic Nation is a private, non-profit, religious, spiritual, and confederal organization, operating by voluntary consent.

ARTICLE II – MEMBERSHIP

Membership is strictly voluntary and requires:

• Acceptance of internal spiritual authority

• Respect for customs and traditions

• Adherence to the Trust and internal norms

No automatic, hereditary, or coerced membership exists.

ARTICLE III – AUTHORITY

The supreme spiritual and administrative authority resides in the:

Ambassador and General Administrator, who holds authority to:

• Represent the Messianic Nation internally and externally

• Appoint delegates and councils

• Interpret internal norms and customs

ARTICLE IV – PROPERTY & ASSETS

All assets are held and administered under private legal instruments, including:

• Commodatum (loan for use)

• Usufruct

• Trusts or fiduciary arrangements

• Private donations

No asset shall be considered public property.

ARTICLE V – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through:

1. Internal mediation

2. Spiritual council review

3. Private internal court or arbitration (if established)
