PREAMBLE:

​

We, the faithful and consecrated citizens of the Messianic Nation, under the divine light of the Most High, establish this Magna Charta as the spiritual, legal, and organizational foundation of the Holy Kingdom. We recognize our King  Rubén Johann III of Montecristo as temporal guide, servant of the Most High, and protector of the celestial laws, until the full manifestation of the Messiah Prime Minister.

By virtue of the spiritual, continental, and theocratic authority granted by divine, natural, and ecclesiastical law, I, Rubén Johann III de Montecristo, Prime Minister of the Messianic Nation and Confederation Center of the Americas, proclaim this Magna Carta as the spiritual, legal, and organizational foundation for the restoration of the Kingdom of God in the Americas and the world.

The Messianic Nation shall be a private theocracy, unincorporated, governed by divine, natural, moral, and religious law. All its men and woman are sovereign members, free from the secular statutory citizenship system, and committed to living according to the principles, laws, and holy days of our Messianic faith.

This Nation is a spiritual and territorial community, formed by consecrated families who have freely signed this constitution and who recognize the Creator’s sovereignty as the highest authority.

All citizens are required to be active participants in this spiritual and private nation, accepting its constitution, rules, and Code of Purity. Our synagogue-family foundation is the spiritual and legal core that upholds our mission of redemption, holiness, and restoration.

Article I: Name and Legal Nature

1. The official name of this nation shall be: Messianic Nation and Confederation Center of the Americas.

2. It is a spiritual, private, unincorporated nation established under ecclesiastical, moral, and natural law.

3. It functions as a private religious synagogue-family foundation, based on the Bible, the Prophets, and the Messianic tradition.

Article II: Sovereignty and Government

1. The supreme authority of the Messianic Nation comes from the Creator of the Universe.

2. The government shall be theocratic and headed by the Prime Minister and Ambassador: Rubén Johann III de Montecristo.

3. All human authority within the Nation is subject to divine law and is only valid if aligned with the Creator’s principles.

Article III: Citizenship and Jurisdiction

1. Every member of the Messianic Nation is a spiritual and natural citizen, free from secular statutory citizenship.

2. Citizens must sign and accept this constitution.

3. The Nation acknowledges peaceful coexistence with other nations but declares itself not subject to any of them.

Article IV: Religion and Faith

1. The official faith of this Nation is Messianism, based on the Torah, the Prophets, the Messiah, and apostolic writings.

2. Biblical holy days shall be observed and practiced.

3. Teaching, prayer, purification, fasting, singing, and Shabbat are fundamental to community life.

Article V: Spiritual and Family Organization

1. The Nation is a spiritual family.

2. Men may form households with one or more wives (up to seven), as permitted by biblical law.

3. The spiritual structure includes fathers, mothers, children, grandparents, and spiritual leaders.

Article VI: Economy and Property

1. All property of citizens is private and sacred.

2. The Nation shall not impose mandatory taxes. Contributions are voluntary.

3. Self-sufficiency, fair trade, and alliances with other communities are promoted.

Article VII: Justice and Code of Purity

1. The law of the Nation is based on the Eternal’s commandments, the Code of Purity, Tora and Protection, and the Messianic Siddur.

2. Every offense shall be addressed by a spiritual council, always seeking restoration before punishment.

Article VIII: Marriage

1. Marriage is a sacred institution between one man and one or more women, up to a maximum of seven wives, according to biblical principles.

2. Husbands must treat their wives with respect, love, and kindness, as taught in the Bible.

3. This provision seeks to preserve traditional family values and establish a moral framework for our community.

Article IX: Membership Requirements

1. Every member must sign this constitution and declare themselves a citizen of the Messianic Nation.

2. They must reject compulsory secular citizenship and recognize only their spiritual and private identity.

3. They must participate in the Siddur, holy days, fasting, prayers, and the Code of Purity.

Article X: International Recognition and Privacy

1. The Messianic Nation is a sovereign nation under natural, common, ecclesiastical, and private law.

2. It does not require approval from secular governments to exist.

3. Its documents, passports, certificates, and acts (birt certificates) carry moral and spiritual authority before the Creator and are private.

Oath of Allegiance to the Messianic Nation and its Prime Minister

I, [full name], in full awareness, of free will, and under the authority of the Creator, do hereby make this solemn oath:

I declare my exclusive and perpetual allegiance to the Messianic Nation and Confederation Center of the Americas, and to its Prime Minister and Ambassador, Ruben Johann III of Montecristo, as the supreme spiritual and organizational authority of this Nation, founded upon divine, natural, and ecclesiastical law.

​

I acknowledge that sovereignty comes from the Most High, and that our Nation is a living manifestation of the Kingdom of God on Earth, with a mission of holiness, restoration, and justice.

I solemnly vow to:

​

• Uphold and remain faithful to the Spiritual Constitution (Carta Magna) of the Messianic Nation.

• Obey the principles of the Torah, the Prophets, and the Messiah in accordance with the Messianic Siddur and the Code of Purity.

• Actively participate in prayers, festivals, fasts, Sabbaths, and community life.

• Renounce any secular citizenship or allegiance that contradicts my spiritual faith.

• Defend the unity, morality, and peace within our community.

And I declare before the Creator and before all spiritual and legal witnesses:

“The Lord is our Judge, the Lord is our Lawgiver, the Lord is our King; He will save us.” (Isaiah 33:22)
