BYLAWS OF THE DIVINE ENFORCERS OF THE KINGDOM.

Under the Authority of the Kingdom of the Messianic Nation and its Court of Records
Governing Body of Law: The Messianic Law of Guardianship.

PREAMBLE
We, the Divine Enforcers of the Kingdom of the Messianic Nation, do solemnly establish these bylaws under the direct authority of the King and Prime Minister, Ruben Johann III de Montecristo. Our sacred charge is to uphold the peace, execute divine justice, protect the people, and ensure the holy statutes of the Kingdom are observed in accordance with trust law, ecclesiastical code, and the moral order ordained by Heaven.

ARTICLE I: NAME AND AUTHORITY

1.1 Name: This body shall be known as the Divine Enforcers of the Kingdom, hereinafter referred to as "the Enforcers."

1.2 Authority: The Enforcers operate exclusively under the Kingdom of the Messianic Nation and its Court of Records, and are governed by The Messianic Law of Guardianship.

1.3 Oversight: The Enforcers shall report directly to the Crown Trustee, His Excellency Ruben Johann III de Montecristo, and act under his divine and lawful direction.

ARTICLE II: MISSION AND PURPOSE

2.1 Maintain divine peace and sacred order within all territories and communities of the Messianic Nation.

2.2 Protect the Crown, its Trustees, Ministers, Citizens, and Lands.

2.3 Enforce all statutes, decrees, and principles established by the Court of Records and the King.

2.4 Investigate and respond to violations of sacred trust, ecclesiastical law, and divine covenant.

2.5 Guard holy places, sanctified persons, and sacred documents.

ARTICLE III: STRUCTURE AND APPOINTMENTS

3.1 High Commander: Appointed directly by the King, serves as the spiritual and operational head of the Enforcers.

3.2 Divisions:

• Covenantal Protection Unit: Guard and protect sacred officials and facilities.

• Peacekeeping and Patrol: Maintain visible presence and order in Kingdom territory.

• Ecclesiastical Investigations Unit: Investigate breaches of ecclesiastical trust and moral crimes.

• Royal Tribunal Security: Ensure order within the Court of Records.

3.3 Ranks:

3.4 Code of Dress: The Enforcers shall wear garments bearing the crest of the Kingdom, a sword of truth, and the emblem of the Sacred Shield.

ARTICLE IV: DUTIES AND POWERS

4.1 Uphold and enforce all laws issued by the Crown, Kingdom Parliament (if established), and Court of Records.

4.2 Detain violators of divine, trust, or moral law for ecclesiastical trial.

4.3 Preserve and defend the Court of Records and its sacred archives.

4.4 Protect the King, his family, and all Trustees of the Kingdom.

4.5 Conduct sacred rites of protection and sanctification upon request.

ARTICLE V: OATH OF OFFICE

Each Enforcer shall swear the following Oath before the King or a designated High Official:

"I, [Name], do solemnly swear and affirm, before the Kingdom of Heaven and under the authority of the Kingdom of the Messianic Nation, that I shall serve faithfully and with divine knowledge. I will uphold the Messianic Law of Guardianship, obey the Crown and Court of Records, and protect the sacred trust of our people, our lands, and our laws. So help me God."

ARTICLE VI: DISCIPLINE AND INTEGRITY

6.1 All Enforcers must maintain the highest standard of moral purity, trust, and reverence for the law.

6.2 Violations of oath or misuse of power shall be tried before the Court of Records and judged by the ecclesiastical panel.

ARTICLE VII: FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1 These Bylaws may only be amended by decree of the King and ratification by the Council of Elders or Court of Records.

7.2 All Enforcers are to be registered under the sacred registry of the Kingdom and receive a holy commission scroll.

7.3 The Bylaws shall take effect immediately upon proclamation by the King.

ESTATUTOS DE LOS EJECUTORES DIVINOS DEL REINO

PREÁMBULO
Nosotros, los Ejecutores Divinos del Reino de la Nación Mesiánica, establecemos solemnemente estos estatutos bajo la autoridad directa del Rey y Primer Ministro, Rubén Johann III de Montecristo. Nuestra sagrada misión es mantener la paz, ejecutar la justicia divina, proteger al pueblo y asegurar que los estatutos sagrados del Reino sean observados conforme al derecho fiduciario, el código eclesiástico y el orden moral ordenado por el Cielo.

ARTÍCULO I: NOMBRE Y AUTORIDAD

1.1 Nombre: Este cuerpo se denominará Ejecutores Divinos del Reino, en adelante "los Ejecutores".

1.2 Autoridad: Los Ejecutores operan exclusivamente bajo el Reino de la Nación Mesiánica y su Corte de Registros, y están gobernados por La Ley Mesiánica de Tutela.

1.3 Supervisión: Los Ejecutores informarán directamente al Fiduciario de la Corona, Su Excelencia Rubén Johann III de Montecristo, y actuarán bajo su dirección divina y legal.

ARTÍCULO II: MISIÓN Y PROPÓSITO

2.1 Mantener la paz divina y el orden sagrado en todos los territorios y comunidades de la Nación Mesiánica.

2.2 Proteger a la Corona, sus Fiduciarios, Ministros, Ciudadanos y Tierras.

2.3 Hacer cumplir todos los estatutos, decretos y principios establecidos por la Corte de Registros y el Rey.

2.4 Investigar y responder ante violaciones del fideicomiso sagrado, la ley eclesiástica y el pacto divino.

2.5 Custodiar lugares santos, personas santificadas y documentos sagrados.

ARTÍCULO III: ESTRUCTURA Y NOMBRAMIENTOS

3.1 Alto Comandante: Nombrado directamente por el Rey, actúa como jefe espiritual y operativo de los Ejecutores.

3.2 Divisiones:

• Unidad de Protección del Pacto: Proteger a funcionarios sagrados e instalaciones santas.

• Mantenimiento del Orden y Patrullaje: Presencia visible y orden en territorio del Reino.

• Unidad de Investigaciones Eclesiásticas: Investigar faltas de confianza eclesiástica y crímenes morales.

• Seguridad del Tribunal Real: Mantener el orden en la Corte de Registros.

3.3 Rangos:

3.4 Código de Vestimenta: Los Ejecutores usarán vestiduras con el escudo del Reino, la espada de la verdad y el emblema del Escudo Sagrado.

ARTÍCULO IV: DEBERES Y FACULTADES

4.1 Hacer cumplir todas las leyes emitidas por la Corona, el Parlamento del Reino (si se establece) y la Corte de Registros.

4.2 Detener a violadores de la ley divina, fiduciaria o moral para su juicio eclesiástico.

4.3 Proteger y defender la Corte de Registros y sus archivos sagrados.

4.4 Proteger al Rey, su familia y todos los Fiduciarios del Reino.

4.5 Realizar ritos sagrados de protección y santificación cuando se soliciten.

ARTÍCULO V: JURAMENTO DE CARGO

Cada Ejecutor deberá prestar el siguiente juramento ante el Rey o un Alto Funcionario designado:

​

"Yo, [Nombre], juro y afirmo solemnemente, ante el Reino de los Cielos y bajo la autoridad del Reino de la Nación Mesiánica, que serviré fielmente y con sabiduría divina. Cumpliré con la Ley Mesiánica de Tutela, obedeceré a la Corona y a la Corte de Registros, y protegeré el sagrado fideicomiso de nuestro pueblo, nuestras tierras y nuestras leyes. Que Dios me ayude."

ARTÍCULO VI: DISCIPLINA E INTEGRIDAD

6.1 Todos los Ejecutores deberán mantener el más alto estándar de pureza moral, confianza y reverencia por la ley.

6.2 Las violaciones al juramento o el abuso de poder serán juzgadas por la Corte de Registros y sentenciadas por el panel eclesiástico.

 

ARTÍCULO VII: DISPOSICIONES FINALES

7.1 Estos Estatutos sólo podrán ser enmendados por decreto del Rey y ratificación del Consejo de Ancianos o de la Corte de Registros.

7.2 Todos los Ejecutores deberán registrarse en el registro sagrado del Reino y recibir un pergamino sagrado de comisión.

7.3 Los Estatutos entrarán en vigor inmediatamente tras la proclamación del Rey.
