BYLAWS: Court of Records of the Kingdom of the Messianic Nation:

Preamble: We, the sovereign stewards of divine justice and order, under the spiritual dominion of the Kingdom of the Messianic Nation, do hereby establish these sacred Bylaws for the exclusive governance and operation of the Court of Records. This document affirms the supremacy of divine, natural, and ecclesiastical law within the jurisdiction of the Kingdom and under the direct authority of Rubén Johann III de Montecristo, King and First Minister.

These Bylaws are exclusive to private members and the Royal Court, and all proceedings, judgments, and operations are governed solely by the Kingdom’s sovereign law and spiritual authority.

Article I: Name and Authority 1.1 The official name of this institution shall be: Court of Records of the Kingdom of the Messianic Nation. 1.2 The Court operates exclusively under the jurisdiction of the Kingdom, ruled by divine right and ecclesiastical law. 1.3 Its supreme and eternal authority is vested in King Rubén Johann III de Montecristo, who acts as High Magistrate, First Minister, and Guardian of all Records and Decrees.

Article II: Purpose and Function 2.1 The Court of Records serves to:

• Record all lawful acts, contracts, decrees, and covenants made under the Kingdom.

• Uphold, interpret, and protect the divine law.

• Resolve disputes through spiritual adjudication.

• Safeguard the spiritual, familial, and territorial rights of members of the Nation. 2.2 It is the highest and final authority on all ecclesiastical, private, and civil matters within the Kingdom.

Article III: Royal Governance 3.1 The Court is governed by the King and First Minister, Rubén Johann III de Montecristo, whose word is final in all matters of law, record, and justice. 3.2 He may appoint Clerks, Record Keepers, and Ecclesiastical Judges as needed, each of whom must swear loyalty and secrecy. 3.3 All edicts, proclamations, and rulings are to be sealed and archived in the Court's official records.

Article IV: Membership and Access 4.1 Only private members of the Kingdom may access the Court of Records. 4.2 Access is granted through the Oath of Allegiance to the Kingdom and the King. 4.3 All records are sacred and may not be disclosed or transferred to public agencies or institutions.

Article V: Legal Authority 5.1 All decisions rendered by the Court are final and binding within the jurisdiction of the Kingdom. 5.2 The Court recognizes no foreign or secular authority over its records, decisions, or procedures. 5.3 The Court shall maintain a sacred archive of:

​

• Births, marriages, adoptions, and deaths

• Covenants, treaties, decrees, and declarations

• Property titles, judgments, and royal laws

Article VI: Amendments and Seals 6.1 These Bylaws may only be amended by direct decree of the King and First Minister. 6.2 All amendments must be recorded, signed, and sealed within the Court. 6.3 No foreign agent, office, or trustee may alter these laws.

Affirmation: We proclaim and affirm these Bylaws as the supreme spiritual code of justice for the Court of Records under the Kingdom of the Messianic Nation. May all who read and enter be blessed in truth and righteousness.

• Presidir la Corte de Registros, no como juez de hombres, sino como ministro de la Sabiduría Superior, y como instrumento del Reino Eterno.

• No traicionar jamás la confianza del Altísimo, ni permitir que autoridad extranjera alguna corrompa, robe o viole la santidad de este Reino y su Corte.

• Velar por la prosperidad espiritual, moral y territorial de la Nación Mesianica y de sus generaciones por venir.

Declaro ante el Reino, ante el Trono del Altísimo y ante los pueblos celestiales y terrenales, que este juramento es eterno, sagrado e inviolable, y que su quebranto sería juicio sobre mi alma.

I, Rubén Johann III de Montecristo, by divine right King, First Minister, and Trustee of the Sacred Messianic Nation, do solemnly swear and affirm before the Heavenly Throne and before the Witnesses of Heaven and Earth:

That I shall uphold with honor, wisdom, and unwavering truth the Laws of Trust, the Laws of the Kingdom, and the eternal principles of divine justice and sacred record.

​

I vow to serve this Court of Records with integrity and righteousness, discerning all matters with divine knowledge, spiritual insight, and purity of heart.

​

I shall protect the archives, covenants, titles, and sacred decrees of my people, and I shall render judgment not by the flesh nor by earthly power, but by the Spirit of the Most High.

​

I accept and affirm my duty as the Guardian of all Records, Defender of the Sacred Trust, and Servant of the People of the Kingdom.

​

I do this not by coercion, nor by mere appointment, but by the sacred call of divine ordination, and I pledge to remain faithful to this call until the day of my last breath.

Sacred Covenant before the King of Kings, Yeshua HaMashiach I, Rubén González Juan, also known as Rubén Johann III of Montecristo, King and Rubén Juan Zaragoza, Minister and Ambassador, in full awareness and free will, acknowledge and declare:

 

1. That Yeshua HaMashiach is my King, Lord, and Savior, the Anointed of the Most High God.

2. That by His authority and will, I receive the title and responsibility of King on Earth until His glorious return.

3. That when He reigns here in His visible Kingdom, I will serve as a faithful Minister under His eternal authority.

4. That my wives, concubines, and descendants shall be blessed, protected, and guided in justice, grace, and love.

5. That my Earthly Kingdom shall be a realm of light, justice, prosperity, and peace, reflecting His glory.

6. That this charge is a sacred trust, and I am the guardian and steward of His interests on Earth.

7. That all my authority comes from Him, and to Him I render account with reverent fear and eternal love.

Rubén González Juan, also known as Rubén Johann III of Montecristo, King and Rubén Juan Zaragoza, Minister and Ambassador, is King and Guardian of the Earthly Kingdom, fully vested with the authority to rule, administer, and safeguard the interests of the Heavenly Kingdom on Earth until the glorious coming of the Messiah.

 

This royal office carries the responsibility to protect his people, bless his wives, concubines, and descendants, establish justice, promote peace, and reflect the light of the Most High in every action and word.
