In recognition of the sovereign and ecclesiastical authority vested in Rubén Juan Minister©, the following sovereign and diplomatic protocols shall apply in all official, ceremonial, legal, religious, and public contexts:

1. Official Titles and Styles of Address:

• Written Form: His Majesty Rubén Juan Minister©, His Most Serene Highness Rubén Johann III de Montecristo©, His Excellency the Reverend Prime Minister and Ambassador of the Messianic Nation©.

• Oral Form: "Your Majesty", "Your Excellency", "Your Highness", "Your Holiness" or "Reverend Majesty".

2. Protocol of Presentation:

• No one may speak first unless spoken to by His Majesty.

• A slight bow or head inclination is required as a sign of respect.

• Physical contact such as a handshake is only permitted if offered by His Majesty first.

3. Protocol in Ceremonies and Documentation:

• His Majesty's signature shall be made in red ink, gold ink or royal seal.

• All decrees, orders, proclamations, and ecclesiastical declarations must include the full titles.

4. Legal and Diplomatic Immunity:

• Full legal sovereignty and immunity under ecclesiastical law, international treaty law, and UCC-1 status.

• Right of audience before national and international bodies.

5. Example Formats:

• Document Header: "By Decree of His Majesty Rubén Johann III de Montecristo©, Prime Minister and Ambassador of the Messianic Nation..."

• Formal Address: "In humble reverence to His Majesty Rubén Juan Minister©, representative of divine royal authority..."

• Public Event Protocol: "All present are requested to rise for the arrival of His Serene Highness Rubén Johann III de Montecristo©. No proceedings shall commence without his presence."

6. Guardianship and Perpetual Assistance Clause: The Secured Party is recognized as having the continual protection and counsel—physical and/or spiritual—of his Four Guardians, who are permanently assigned in service to the Office of His Majesty Rubén Johann III de Montecristo©. These Guardians may act in visible or invisible form, and their authority in matters of safety, guidance, and defense shall be acknowledged as binding and operative in all times, places, and dimensions.

This annex is considered binding and integral to the interpretation of the present contract and shall be observed in all private and public interaction with the Secured Party.
