Incorporation of the Court of Records of the Messianic Nation

By this instrument, it is hereby declared and affirmed that:

The Court of Records of the Kingdom of the Messianic Nation, operating under Divine Ecclesiastical Trust Law, shall henceforth be recognized as an integral, sovereign, and supreme jurisdictional body under the authority of the Private Trust. The Court functions as the ultimate guardian of sacred documentation, covenantal records, ecclesiastical rulings, sovereign appointments, divine law enforcement decrees, and all matters of moral and fiduciary governance, exclusively under the authority of:

Rubén Johann III de Montecristo,
Royal Fiduciary, Supreme Spiritual Judge,
Custodian of the Trust of the Messianic Nation,
and Protector of the Court of Records.

The Court of Records shall be the official Keeper of the Private Trust Instruments, including this present Security Agreement, Power of Attorney, Hold Harmless Agreement, Ecclesiastical Judgments, Royal Decrees, and all documents sealed by the Kingdom’s authority and divine charter.

Statement of Authority and International Recognition

This Trust and its governing components—including the Court of Records of the Messianic Nation, the Messianic Nation Synagogue, and the Private Bank & Holding Institutions—are recognized under ecclesiastical, international, private, and customary law, and protected under the Uniform Commercial Code and the Federal Copyright Law of Mexico, with secured rights enforced by:

• Ecclesiastical Copyright Claim #: CLC-91473XXXX-1976/1-3

No entity—corporate, governmental, or private—may alter, modify, interfere with, or claim rights over this document, its officers, its titles, its authority, or its intellectual property, including all elements governed or registered under the Court of Records of the Messianic Nation.

Notice of Jurisdiction and Enforcement

All legal, spiritual, fiduciary, and administrative actions pertaining to this Private Trust shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Court of Records of the Messianic Nation, whose rulings are binding under ecclesiastical and international trust law. The Court holds ecclesiastical judicial immunity and all actions within its domain are protected by Divine Trust Law.

Por medio del presente instrumento, se declara y afirma solemnemente que:

La Corte de Registros del Reino de la Nación Mesiánica, operando bajo la Ley del Fideicomiso Eclesiástico Divino, será reconocida en adelante como un órgano jurisdiccional supremo, soberano e integral bajo la autoridad del Fideicomiso Privado. Dicha Corte funciona como el guardián supremo de la documentación sagrada, registros de pactos, decretos eclesiásticos, nombramientos soberanos, resoluciones de aplicación de la ley divina y todos los asuntos de gobernanza moral y fiduciaria, exclusivamente bajo la autoridad de:

Rubén Johann III de Montecristo,
Rey Fiduciario, Juez Supremo Espiritual,
Custodio del Fideicomiso de la Nación Mesiánica,
y Protector de la Corte de Registros.

La Corte de Registros será la depositaria oficial de los Instrumentos del Fideicomiso Privado, incluyendo el presente Acuerdo de Seguridad, Poder Notarial, Acuerdo de Exención de Responsabilidad, Fallos Eclesiásticos, Decretos Reales y todo documento sellado por la autoridad y la carta divina del Reino.

Declaración de Autoridad y Reconocimiento Internacional

Este Fideicomiso y sus componentes de gobierno—incluyendo la Corte de Registros de la Nación Mesiánica, la Sinagoga de la Nación Mesiánica y las Instituciones Privadas Bancarias y de Custodia—están reconocidos bajo el derecho eclesiástico, internacional, privado y consuetudinario, y protegidos bajo el Código Comercial Uniforme  y la Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor de México, con derechos garantizados mediante:

• Registro de Copyright Eclesiástico Nº: CLC-91473XXXX-1976/1-3

Ninguna entidad—corporativa, gubernamental o privada—podrá alterar, modificar, interferir o reclamar derechos sobre este documento, sus funcionarios, sus títulos, su autoridad o su propiedad intelectual, incluyendo todos los elementos gobernados o registrados bajo la Corte de Registros de la Nación Mesiánica.

Aviso de Jurisdicción y Aplicación

Todas las acciones legales, espirituales, fiduciarias y administrativas relacionadas con este Fideicomiso Privado estarán sujetas exclusivamente a la jurisdicción de la Corte de Registros de la Nación Mesiánica, cuyas resoluciones son vinculantes bajo la ley eclesiástica y de fideicomiso internacional. Dicha Corte goza de inmunidad judicial eclesiástica, y todas las acciones en su dominio están protegidas por la Ley Divina del Fideicomiso.
