ARTICLE I: NAME AND ORGANIZATION

1.1 Name: The official name of this Trust shall be "We the People´s Trust of the Messianic Nation," operating as "Messianic Nation Trust Bank."

1.2 Nature: A private, unincorporated, ecclesiastical trust organized under divine, natural, and common law.

1.3 Registered Entities:

• NACION MESIANICA - MESSIANIC NATION (Tax-Exempt).

• RUBEN JOHANN III DE MONTECRISTO - PRIVATE BANK E & T.

• JOHANN III DE MONTECRISTO - HOLDING BANK - UNINC ASSOC.

• RUBEN JUAN ZARAGOZA E & T - FOREIGN TAX EXEMPT.

• RJZ ENTERPRISE.

• Kingdom of the Messianic Nation, and its Court of Records.

ARTICLE II: PURPOSE

2.1 To function as a sacred ecclesiastical body dedicated to worship, faith-based community building, spiritual education, religious rites, and the stewardship of divine resources in alignment with the doctrines and customs of the Messianic Nation.

2.2 To operate as a private trust bank for spiritual, sovereign, and lawful economic activity among its authorized entities.

2.3 To promote investment, empowerment, and resource sharing within the organizational bodies listed above.

2.4 To enable the King Settler, Rubén Johann III de Montecristo, to live and enjoy life to the fullest, without hindrance or interference from third parties, and in accordance with divine, natural, and religious laws, with his members.

ARTICLE III: TRUST STRUCTURE

3.1 Grantor: JOHANN III DE MONTECRISTO - HOLDING BANK - UNINC ASSOC.

3.2 Administrator: RJZ ENTERPRISE.

3.3 Beneficiary: RUBEN JUAN ZARAGOZA E & T - FOREIGN TAX EXEMPT.

3.4 Other entities may act in auxiliary, supporting, or operational capacities.

 

ARTICLE IV: FIDUCIARY DUTIES

4.1 The administrator is RJZ ENTERPRISE, acting to the best of his knowledge and belief.

4.2 The administrator shall:

• Maintain spiritual and economic integrity

• Safeguard trust assets

• Serve as signatory and operational lead

4.3 A Council of Elders or Ministers may be appointed as needed.

ARTICLE V: FINANCIAL STRUCTURE

5.1 The Trust may issue Certificates of Value, including denominations such as $1,000,000,000,000.00 U.S.D. (one trillion dollars)

5.2 The Trust may accept private deposits, donations, or contributions.

5.3 No public solicitation, usury, or commercial banking under government regulation is permitted.

5.4 Ledgers, instruments, and digital banking tools shall remain private and internal.

ARTICLE VI: DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS

6.1 Certificates of Participation, Deposit, or Value may be issued to authorized entities.

6.2 A Private Ledger Book and Balance Sheets shall be maintained.

6.3 Trust Seal and Certificate templates shall be held under fiduciary custody.

ARTICLE VII: JURISDICTION AND IMMUNITY

7.1 The Trust shall operate under the jurisdiction of Divine Law, Ecclesiastical Law, and Unincorporated Association Law.

7.2 The Trust is immune from statutory regulation, except where expressly contracted.

7.3 All disputes shall be resolved through private arbitration or spiritual counsel.

ARTICLE VIII: AMENDMENT

8.1 These bylaws may only be amended with the written consent of the Grantor and Administrator.
