THIS DEED OF RECONVEYANCE (The “Deed”) is made on the day 21 of the Month of March, 2024, by Ruben: Juan, Zaragoza, and Ruben:XXX, Juan of the RUBEN JUAN ZARAGOZA and RUBEN XXXX JUAN Trust, with its principal place of business located in Mexico City and the United States of America (the “Lender”), in favor of Ruben: Juan, Zaragoza.
RECITALS:
On, or about 2001 RUBEN XXXX JUAN, RUBEN J. XXXX, Ruben: Juan, XXX, RUBEN JUAN ZARAGOZA, RUBEN J. ZARAGOZA, Ruben: Juan, Zaragoza as known and Unknown ENTITIES, under the Birth Registration XXXX and linked to TIN: 914-73-XXXX originating in the City of Los Angeles, State of California. Originally requested by RUBEN GONZALEZ JUAN. (See Exhibit “A”).
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of X US Dollar. ($1XXX,XXX.00) paid by Borrower to Lender, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Lender hereby reconveys, releases, and quitclaims to Borrower, all of its right, tittle, and interest in and to the Property, as described in the Deed of Trust.
