This document constitutes a Private Trust Contract, self-executing in the event of unauthorized use, with legal implications in both Mexico and the United States of America under international copyright and trade name protection laws.

Notice Requirement and Penalty Clause: Any party found violating the terms herein shall receive a formal written notice and a maximum of 10 (ten) calendar days to cease and desist. Failure to comply within this time frame will result in the automatic assessment of a penalty of $500,000.00 USD (Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) per violation, per occurrence, due and payable to the Secured Party.

This penalty shall accrue interest at a rate of 10% per annum until fully satisfied. Continued use or infringement may also result in criminal prosecution under applicable international, federal, and ecclesiastical laws.

For greater legal validity, this has also been filed with the corresponding public registry office and may be used as evidence before national and international courts of competent jurisdiction.
